Aquazul is also within walking distance to all your day-to-day needs, including supermarkets, bakeries, outlets stores, bars and restaurants, pharmacies, and Aruba’s medical center, which is literally just down the street.
Easy Access to Palm Beach
What does Palm Beach offer? In a word, everything! Palm Beach is a two-mile strip along Aruba’s Western coast that is home to the island’s most glamorous hotels and resorts, several of which also feature casinos. There is a wide array of restaurants and bars to enjoy whatever cuisine suits your fancy. All manner of water thrills can be had in Palm Beach, from swimming and snorkeling to windsurfing, kiteboarding, flyboarding, parasailing, jet skiing and much more. If you consider shopping your top sport, Palm Beach has you covered with dozens of shops and boutiques along with the island’s two biggest shopping malls that include movie theaters and other activities including bowling and impressive water fountain shows. Focused on Longer-Term Stays
Aquazul specializes in long-term apartment rentals for people who will be on One Happy Island for substantial stays as expats (minimum of 6 months), although we do also make a limited number of our 2-bedroom units available for short-term vacation stays during June, July and August. Our peaceful complex has 24 apartments for rent, including sixteen 2-bedroom apartments and eight 1-bedroom apartments. Short-term rates for a 2-bedroom apartment is USD $60/night plus a one-time cleaning fee of USD $50 (1-bedroom apartments are not available for short-term stays). The long-term rates are AWG 1250/month for a 1-bedroom apartment and AWG 1750 for a 2-bedroom apartment.
Amenities
Included in the price of your rental is WiFi, Cable TV, Gas, Community Pool access, Laundry room access (coin-operated) and On-site parking. Note that electricity and water are paid separately by you. Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen including sink, refrigerator, microwave, and countertop cooking appliance.
